We have been shipping models to our clients for nearly 20 years using Royal Mail and in that time we have only had one item go missing and even that turned up eventually. 

All our items are sent in strong cardboard boxes and are well wrapped and padded to avoid any damage. We insist that all items are sent using a service that requires a signature on delivery to protect you and us.

Generally we use Royal Mail as they offer a simple 5 zone service which covers the world, however on occassion, particularly for high value purchases we will use a specialist like DHL as they are more cost effective when it comes to insurance and it is one service from door to door which is much safer.

We do our utmost to ensure the models you buy are delivered quickly and damage free.

All UK orders over £100 and international orders over £200 will be sent Free of charge.

Orders sent outside the UK will be subject to local taxes and customs charges if deamed necessary in your jurisdiction.
